Excellent service from ARI in adding my daughter to the policy

Well I was with this insurance company who said they want renew my policy this month of December but I paid my insurance in November my insurance should have been good until the 13th of December I'm thinking ING because it was paid to last til this December til 13th but I look online you all did not give me all my days till the 13th of December an I did pay in November I remember an I don't understand why when I looked on the 11th it saying I'm not insured until the 13th of December when I pay the insurance it usley due on the 13th and will last til the next 13th what happen I don't understand why did your company stop my insurance on 7th I was not aware of it
